More about Coach Fulk

Coach graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2009 with her Bachelor's in Science followed by her Masters in Secondary Education in 2011 from GCU. Coach Fulk is very familiar with the game of basketball as she grew up playing in high school(PVHS/Ironwood) and played part of her sophomore year of college at Arizona Christian University, formally known as Southwestern Bible College.

Coach Fulk believes in the student first, pushing each individual to compete not only on the court but in the classroom as well. The Trojans have 3 C's that they live by: COMMIT, COMMUNICATE and COMPETE...IN the classroom and ON the court.

If you are a part of the Trojan basketball family then you already know, WE>me.

Coach Fulk has been a teacher on campus for 10 years, teaching Advanced PE(basketball), Life Concepts and Weight Training.  She also coaches middle school basketball in PVUSD, both girls and boys. She has coached at Sunrise Middle School and currently coaches at Greenway with her best pal and former assistant coach, Shani Kmetko. Coach currently has 6 cats, Matilda, Martin, Meowcolm, Lil' Bear, TeddyTalks and DUDE. 2 black labs, Mayzie(12) and Presley(4). 2 guinea pigs, Summitt and Auggie and 1 silly rabbit, Milo.  Coach was raised by her Dad, Grandmother and Aunt Deb. She spent many years going home and telling her grandmother about every practice and every game. Her grandmother loved hearing about her days and knew all the players names every year. Her Grandmother was a teacher in Arizona for 30 years.  Coach and her Dad miss her every day but they know she is watching over them and the Trojan basketball team.  Coach and her Dad spent every summer in western North Carolina visiting her Aunt Deb, spending time with all the animals and extended family. Spruce Pine, Asheville are second home to Coach Fulk and her Dad. Coach enjoys spending time her animals, working out, hanging/talking with her bestest friend, her dad, talking to her Aunt, and she loves to hang outside watching the birds.  Coach Fulk makes it a point to tell her teams to ALWAYS spend time with their family and to tell them you love them every day.

See each other, love each other. It matters.
